Bridgestone is the best. Then comes MRF tyres.

Never go for JK Tyre and Appolo tyres. They wont last long. Will cause problems after 3 years.

Best car tyres in India are Michelins/Yokohamas. These tyres have a softer rubber compound and so they provide a much better and comfortable/silent ride and excellent grip on the road in both wet and dry conditions. Go for Michelin XM1 Energy in the size 165/60 R14. If these are not available, then you can go for teh standard size 155/65 R14 or even 160/65 R14.

I think you should go for regular size of continental. this is german company and dry and wet handling of tyre is very good. Braking is just perfect. High Silica use for eco tyre and also cost is justifying the performance.
