Kairali Ford : Cochin, Ernakulam, Kerala

Unfortunately I own a Ford Figo. Unfortunate not because it’s a ford, but because Kairali Ford is the only service center in Ernakulam.

I had given my vehicle for service around 18th September 2019, along with service, I had requested to fix a dent on the rear bumper. Today is October 27th, and its been over a month and I have not yet received the delivery of my vehicle. The response from Kairali Ford is pathetic. This is not the first time I am facing serious issues with Kairali Ford. Whenever I raise a concern with Karali Ford representative, they have always responded with sarcasm. Never in my experience with Kairali Ford have they ever acknowledged a complaint raised. Acknowledgement is all that a customer expects when he raises a complaint, not sarcasm.
