The issue happened for me.

1.I booked the hyundai venue sx (Titan grey) diesel in chandra automobile pollachi on 02-02-2022
Attached the proof below
Sales person name : suresh kumar
Supervisor name: yuvaraj

if you're going for car loan means the vehicle will be delayed please make arrangements for full payment you can get it early.

2.From chandra hyundai pollachi i got a call
On 5th April they called and informed me that your vehicle is arrived please pay the remaining balance amount.

3.On 6th April I asked with salesperson vehicle details and i need see the vehicle.he told please visit the chandra hyundai coimbatore yard and please look into it. I looked the vehicle and i took the vehicle and chasis no.
I have attached the video of the vehicle please check it.

4.I started paying the amount after looking the vehicle within 2 days
totally amount paid
9,46,500 by account transfer and 2 lakhs in hand direct office payment.
Payment fully completed (1146500)on 08th April.
Salesperson informed the invoice copy will be ready on 9-2-2022.
please all the payment attached to this email.

5.On 11-2-2022 I checked with sales person for my new vehicle invoice copy ready he told that it is ready today evening. Iam planning to take fancy no I gave some 5 to 6 fancy no
Please kindly refer whatsApp chats with sales person

6.i am asking with sales person my details like aadhaar pan required I will get during registration

7.On 12-2-2022 the vehicle is ready with invoice copy I checked with sales person
He started saying lies.

8.In Trichy show room the vehicle got fired due to software issue and in hyundai totally blocked in website for titan grey we cannot able to register.
manager supervisor sending and request to register your vehicle. For an alternative you can take white or blue color.
Is it Possible to have software issue colour wise?
Only for titan grey I need reply for this from your hyundai motor side.

9. On 13-2-2022 The vehicle whatever shown to me is in yard due to software issue we cannot able registered.

The real thing is that vehicle delivered to another customer.
Chandra hyundai is blaming customer they're showing the another customer vehicle and they are getting the money.
Now they are saying this month last or next month first week you can take.

10.On 20-2-2022 They asked the account details to refund the amount I sent it I told need extra for me lose happen you're just refunding I need to wait for one month.

11.I wrote a mail to avanti hyundai motors on 20-2-2022 please look it and update for me i didn't get any reply yesterday I sent a remainder mail.

12. On 21-2-2022 the salesperson and supervisor called I send one letter format please write as it is and send back whatsApp chat ok
Kindly look into the attachment.
Supervisor asked cancel letter please sign and give I told that for my lose.who will give you're just getting and keeping and giving the money what can i do i will not sign into this.

13.I need a reply for this mail why you're keep blaming dealers like chandra hyundai.
Saying vehicle got fired software issue and they re fake.
Showing to the customer other customer vehicle and request to pay the amount.
