I recently purchased a Renault Kiger from your dealership on May 10th, 2024, and I must say that my experience has been nothing short of disappointing.

First and foremost, I would like to highlight the incompetence of your sales personnel, particularly Bindu, who sold me the wrong variant of the vehicle. Despite my inquiries about the top-end model and its power delivery, Bindu failed to inform me about the Turbo CVT model, which offers more power. This oversight resulted in me receiving a vehicle with insufficient power and performance.

Shortly after taking delivery of the car, I encountered several defects, including overheating of the wireless charger and frequent disconnection of the music system's Apple CarPlay feature. Moreover, I found the power delivery of the RXZ top variant to be inadequate, as the car often struggled to accelerate.

When I attempted to address these issues with your dealership, I was met with a complete lack of response and ownership. The sales personnel, including Bindu, showed no interest in resolving the issues and instead shifted blame onto others. Despite requesting to speak with the Director, Vivek, I was informed that only the CEO, Kumar, handles such matters. It is evident that there is a culture of covering up for incompetence within your dealership, as evidenced by Kumar's attempts to shield Bindu from accountability.
Overall, I would strongly advise against purchasing a Renault Kiger from your dealership. The lack of professionalism, poor service, and disregard for customer satisfaction have left me deeply disappointed. If you are in the market for a vehicle, I would recommend considering alternatives such as the Mahindra XUV300, as the service and quality offered by Renault Kiger dealerships are sorely lacking.
