The much awaited facelift version of the Maruti Suzuki DZire has officially been launched in the country. The vehicle with the title of the Best Selling and rated vehicle in the Sedan class of four wheelers, is all set to take down all its rivals yet again with the new 2015 Maruti Suzuki Swift DZire. After a long wait for months and the delayed launch of the new variant, the company has finally managed to launch the face lifted model of the Suzuki DZire in seven subsequent variant including four petrol and three diesel models.
Though the vehicle has only undergone a seemingly less change, it does come with a different look this time. Body lines haven't gone much of a change though, but the front section and the rear section has undergone a serious changeover. The vehicle seems to have a similar appearance of that of the earlier variant yet design and styling elements have been added on to give an appealing look for the new DZire.
Bookings of the Suzuki DZire are been started from the very last month, although the vehicle was not revealed, customers had been flowing in for pre-booking the new model. Not been shown in the official site of the vehicle, the new variant has showed up in different dealerships across the country. Overall change of the Suzuki DZire includes an all new set of front bumper heads integrated with a much larger air dam vent for more volume of air in and out flow.
A totally new and innovative restyled fog lamps accompanied by an “L” shaped aluminium chrome plate to the extreme opposite side of the light. The inner side air vents has also gone larger to match the main air dam. Headlight gets a 'blackness' inserts and a new profile view. A “V” shaped new set of chrome trim on top of the front grille of the vehicle gives a premium look for the car. Logo goes right over the middle portion of the honey-comb front grille of the vehicle.
Interior gets much of a polished and refined appeal from that of the earlier variants of the DZire. A dual-tone shaded dashboard, multi-function steering wheels with dedicated driver functions and the instrument panels. The new DZire is expected to come with a totally new range of equipments within it. The boot space, leg and head room of the vehicle remains the same as the vehicle has not gone through a much of a rebuilding process. The overall look and size of the vehicle remains the same and thus the storage spaces like the rear boot space might not have much of a change.
The all new Maruti Suzuki DZire has not gone through any control system changes and hence the engine specifications and other technical systems of the vehicle might be equipped with the earlier set of mechanisms. DZire might come in with the old K-Series engine for the Petrol version and the DDiS engine for the Diesel variants. The Suzuki DZire ZDi remains as the high end variant of the vehicle with a starting ex-showroom price of Rs. 7,81,000. Company has made the vehicle available in the same set of colour tone including some new shades which are used in Suzuki Ciaz. In brief, the all new Maruti Suzuki Swift DZire is all prepared and ready to grab the next title for the Best Selling Sedan Car of the year in the country.
