The SEMA event is bringing a lot for the automobile fans in the USA. Hyundai is the latest to win hearts of car lovers who are looking to tune up the performance of the car at reasonable pricing. The story is that Hyundai has announced couple of Crate engines for its 3.8-liter V6 engine and 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engines.
The four-cylinder engine will be offered in two configurations- turbo-ready version which costs $4,500, and turbo-equipped unit with intercooler and air ducting is priced $6,000. While the most powerful direct-injected 3.8-liter heart will cost $9,000.
Both the four-cylinder engines are capable to deliver a peak power of 274 hp and a peak torque of 275 lb-ft as the V6 burns out a stunning power of 348 hp and a tremdous torque of 295 lb-ft.
The engines will be covered by Hyundai's 12-month/12,000-mile replacement parts warranty policies. Please note that it's not the 10-year/100,000-mile powertrain warranty that is given to new Hyundai machines.
