The sixth generation of Polo will be revealed today in Berlin
With hours ahead of the world premier of 2018 Volkswagen Polo, the images are steaming around the European media. An international automotive website called, CarScoops has aired the photos of sixth generation Polo. Earlier this week, Volkswagen has teased the new Polo, which reveals the new LED headlamp, front grille and rear lights.
From the teased images and this spy shot, it is very clear that the new Polo looks very much closer to the Polo GTI. Moreover, it is based on the latest R-Line trim format, which is arguably larger than the previous model. It is the first Polo based on the newly developed flexible MQB platform. The official revealing of the Polo is about to happen in Berlin around 2:30 pm IST. The latest generation Polo GTI will be also revealed alongside the Polo.
The new Polo is longer and wider than its predecessor with a sloping roof, new roof spoiler and bigger alloy wheels.
