Ready Steady Vento!

Welcoming the all new Volkswagen Vento to the mid segment sedan vehicle to the country had been a major turn over for the company. Soon after the hit launch of Volkswagen Jetta, a premium segment sedan class vehicle, the company finally set the stage to showcase its all new upgraded mid-class sedan variant. Entering into the country's four wheel sedan segment with an already set up high success rate image, the all new updated version of the Vento now comes with a fully Automatic transmission Diesel engine.



Design and styling of the vehicle has not gone through much of a change as visually it looks like the same old version of the Vento. A lot more vibrant colour option has been added by the company to add on to the extra ordinary look of the vehicle. Although the external design of the vehicle has not gone through much of an alteration, the control system and the external elements of the vehicle now comes with a dynamic new look. An all new pair of Dual headlamps power the overall illumination of the vehicle. Headlamps of the new Vento does not only provide an excellent illumination, but also renders a stunning and muscular look to the overall design structure of the vehicle. Right from the front section of the vehicle an all new front grille and air dam of the Vento provides an aggressive and keen visual appeal. The standard two chrome rails on the grille with a VW three dimensional logo right on its middle and top of the grille provides a sturdy look for the vehicle. A pair of all new body coloured rear view mirrors of the vehicle enhances the overall look of the car. Body coloured mirrors are not only the part of the design, even the door handle bars comes with an all new body colour design element. As said before, the vehicle has not gone through much of a change, and hence the overall look and feel of the vehicle remains the same.



An all new set of 15 spoke aluminium alloy wheels of the all new Volkswagen Vento delivers a smoother and stable drive experience for the driver as well as the passengers. Enhancing the overall road appearance of the vehicle, the new 15 spoke wheels of the Vento comes in a tubeless tyre option as standard. To the rear section of the vehicle, a much more powerful and clear rear lighting with an integrated LED frame enables clear visibility for other drivers. As for now, the rear section of the vehicle also has not gone much of an alteration but the with the stunning new colour options of the vehicle it looks brighter and more visually appealing than ever before. Control systems and other equipments of the all new Volkswagen Vento comes with a whole new bunch of surprise elements. As for the interiors of the vehicle, the multi function steering wheel of the vehicle is one such feature which makes the all new Vento different from the earlier. An advanced new flat-bottom steering wheel has been inspired by its motor-sporting counterpart and provides the driver with a user friendly drive experience. The all new integrated multi-function console of the vehicle provides the driver and the passengers with any function to be carried away with ease.



Engine specification and other control systems of the all new Volkswagen Vento Highline Automatic is one dynamic feature which distinguish it from other variants. The all new Vento Automatic is equipped with a massive 1498cc, 1.5 L 4-Cylinder, In-Line, TDI, Diesel engine. The overall capacity of the new engine of the new Vento is capable of producing an overall power of 105PS at the rate of 4400 rpm. A maximum torque of 250Nm at around 1500-2500 rpm can be delivered by the engine of this vehicle. Transmission system of the new Vento comes with a 7-speed automatic transmission. Balance and rigidity in drive is maintained and managed by the suspension and braking system of the vehicle. A front McPherson Strut with Stabilizer Bar and a rear Semi-independent Trailing Arm suspension system of the vehicle helps to reduce the front and rear damping of the vehicle while at high performance and speed ratios. Braking system of the vehicle is assisted by a standard ABS system and a front and rear Disc and Drum brake callipers. The vehicle also offers a standard option for Electronic Stabilization Programme (ESP).



Overall review of the vehicle states the all new Volkswagen Vento is a pure form of matter and craftsmanship, Although no much change has been made, the vehicle remains 'all new' with a bunch of excellent equipment and a bunch of new innovative tools installed within its huge metal body.
