Audi A7 Sportback – No Design Is Perfect

The Audi A7 Sportback is an executive car/mid-size luxury car produced by Audi. Audi assigns the A7 to that growing class called “four-door coupes”, which has made 'coupe' a word that's becoming almost as elastic. The styling element that sets apart the A7 and others of this vehicle type, the Mercedes-Benz CLS and the BMW 6-series Gran Coupe, is a roofline that slopes away aft of the B-pillar, culminating in a fast backlight. Its a comfortable car. Its luxurious, it does everything that is asked of it, but it doesn't set a new benchmark for dynamics or comfort. BMW's are hardcore driver's cars, whereas Mercedes vehicles are very neutral, but the A7 typical an Audi, sits on the fence. At 500Nm, the 3 litre V6 diesel has lots of torque and 245hp is good enough, but despite the acceleration and the tug at the back that you get when you floor the throttle, it sounds muffled. Like all Audi's, you can set the A7 to Comfort or Dynamic and even Custom set give in the suspension, throttle response, gearing and steering.



Audi can install the optional top system navigation, MMI navigation plus with MMI touch, which already uses the second generation modular infotainment platform. The ideal complement is the Audi connect hardware module, which provides Internet access and brings services on-board such as online media streaming and map updating. The range of audio modules extends up to the Bang and Olufsen Advanced Sound System, which delivers over 1,200 watts via the 15 speakers. State-of-the-art technology also comes in the form of the assistance system, including adaptive cruise control with stop and go function, the further improved night vision assistant and the Audi pre sense safety system. Audi assist and Audi active lane assist work closely together to make lane changes even safer.
