The Porsche Panamera is a luxury four-door sedan. It is front-engined with two-wheel drive, with all-wheel drive versions also available. Most of these features are offered as options on regular-wheelbase Panamera's.



All the top variants are charged with technologically improved engine that comes with slight tweaks for efficient fuel management. The Panamera and Panamera 4, imbibes 3.6litre naturally aspirated V6 engine that comes with direct fuel injection system, and is supplemented with 7-speed dual clutch automatic transmission PDK(Porsche Doppelkupplung). The powermill propels to produce maximum power of 305hp that is accompanied with a torque of 400Nm. As per customization option these basic models can get a combination of their engine along with 7-speed Doppelkupplung. Such advance features like the double clutch transmission system enables fast gear shifts with no interruption in power flow with lower fuel consumption. Having all these drive specifications, the models can accelerate from 0-100Km in just 6.8 seconds, with a top speed of 261Km. Contradicting with this inevitable 4 trim, can accelerate from 0-100Km in just 6.1 seconds and can reach a top speed of 257Km. The Diesel trim, wraps a 3.0 litre turbocharged V6 diesel engine that is combined with variable turbine geometry. The powertrain excels to propel a power of 246hp and a maximum torque of 550Nm. Being equipped with 8-speed tiptronic S transmission, it can sprint from 0-100Km in just 6.8 seconds, with a top speed of 244Km. The top end variant Turbo, is equipped with standard 7-speed Doppelkupplung gearbox. With all these technical specifications the vehicle turns out to be one of the best performers. It sprints from 0-100in an impressive 4.1 seconds and further to a breath taking speed of 306Km.
